Arlene Harrison

Arlene Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Arlene began their career in 1997 as an Aviation Mechanic in the US Navy. After leaving the Navy in 2001, they worked as a Job Coach at the Andrews Center Mental Health Facility. In 2008, they joined Reliant Rehabilitation, where they held various positions including Speech Language Pathologist PRN, Director of Rehab, and Area Manager. Arlene also worked as an Independent Contractor Speech Therapist and Bilingual Therapist for multiple contract companies during this time. In 2011, Arlene started their own company, NeuroSpeech Pro, where they provided contract speech therapy services across various settings and also offered consulting services for therapy operations and business development. In 2019, they joined Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC as a Clinical Systems Analyst specializing in Therapy and Home Health. In 2012, they briefly served as the Director of Operations at Remarkable Rehabilitation R2, overseeing therapy services at multiple skilled nursing facilities. Arlene Harrison's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from Northern Illinois University, which they completed in 2005.
