Ashley Herridge

Ashley Herridge, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Social Services at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC since May 2020, and previously held the same title at The Broadmoor at Creekside Park. With a robust background in social services, Ashley has also worked as an adjunct lecturer at Baylor University and has been involved in various roles at healthcare and social service organizations, including The Woodlands Healthcare Center, Rainbow of Love Adoption Agency, St. Joseph Medical Center, Providence Hospital, and the Family Abuse Center, where duties included supervising operations, providing counseling, and managing programs. Ashley's education includes a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Baylor University. Active in community initiatives, Ashley is a member of several committees, including Waco's Homeless Management Information Systems Advisory Committee and Waco's Continuum of Care Committee, and has co-chaired Project Homeless Connect.
