Nikolas Arrington has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nikolas began their career in 2002 as a National Sales Trainer at Imapp, where they were responsible for onboarding real estate associations and training Realtors on the product. From 2005 to 2014, they owned and managed their own business, COR Total Fitness.

In 2014, Nikolas joined Verizon Wireless as a National Business Account Sales Growth Strategist, focusing on B2B sales. Nikolas later took on the role of Sales Transition Trainer, leading new hire reps through Verizon's telesales process. In 2017, they became Sales Operations at Verizon 4G Wireless, where they led a successful team of sales reps and focused on behavior analysis and process to achieve excellent results.

Nikolas also worked at Verizon as a Sales Manager and Manager Client Facing Team Leader, Sales Trainer, and SMB Team from 2017 to 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for driving profitability, implementing strategic plans, and negotiating large-scale deals.

In 2019, Nikolas moved to Resonance Consulting Group as the Director of Sales, where they played a key role in sales efforts. Nikolas later joined Regener-Eyes® in 2020 as the Director of Sales and Operations, before becoming the Vice President of Operations in January 2022. Throughout their career, Nikolas has demonstrated strong leadership and sales skills, as well as a focus on achieving results through strategic planning and training.

Nikolas Arrington attended The University of Kansas from 1999 to 2001, studying Business Communications within the field of Communication and Media Studies. Later, they pursued an Associate's degree in Business/Corporate Communications at Wichita State University.
