ReGeneration Schools
Lori Flood has over 20 years of experience in education and school administration. Lori is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at ReGeneration Schools since September 2018. Before this, they worked at the Chicago International Charter School - Basil for 8 years, starting in July 2011, as the Director of Operations. Prior to that, Lori worked at Victory Schools as the Regional Director of Student Services from June 2008 to December 2011. Lori also has experience as the Student Services Team Leader / Case Manager at CICS Basil Campus from July 2005 to August 2007, and as an Academic Coordinator / Special Education Teacher at The Day School from May 1998 to July 2005.
Lori Flood completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Loyola University Chicago between the years 1995 and 1998. Later, they pursued further education and obtained their Master's degree in Educational Leadership - Principal from the American College of Education from 2008 to 2010.

ReGeneration Schools is a non-profit school management organization that's dedicated to ensuring that all children have equal access to high quality, college-preparatory education through academic excellence and the content of their character. We currently manage a network of six schools on three CICS campuses in Chicago, IL, and three schools in Cincinnati, OH. ReGeneration Schools prepares all students to enter and succeed in college through effort, achievement and the content of their character.
