Maria Moragianis

Maria Moragianis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career development, coaching, and training. As Co-Founder of M2 Development EE since December 2021, Maria provides personalized career coaching and professional empowerment seminars. Currently serving as a Board Member for ReGeneration, Maria contributes to the organization's mission of democratizing post-academic training for young graduates in Greece. As a Teaching Fellow at Alba Graduate Business School since 2008, Maria collaborates on transformative training programs and has redesigned the Presentation Skills course with an interactive methodology. Previous roles include Director of Careers & Alumni at Alba, where Maria successfully managed career services for over 6,000 individuals, and Head of Career Development & Community Engagement at Highered, leading initiatives for over 800 business schools globally. Maria’s earlier career includes project management at Egon Zehnder and journalism roles at various media houses. Maria holds a Master of Education from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Wayne State University.
