Eric Bachman

Eric Bachman currently serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Sciences at Regeneron, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Eric was the Executive Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included leading global hematology and early pipeline initiatives from July 2023 to October 2025. With extensive experience in clinical development, Eric has held senior positions at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, focusing on clinical trials involving biologics for rare disorders, as well as translational medicine for diabetes and other conditions at Novartis. Academic credentials include a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Harvard Medical School and an MD/PhD from Duke University School of Medicine, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cornell University. Eric's medical practice includes significant clinical work in endocrinology, particularly relating to diabetes and thyroid disorders.
