Essi Zadeh

Essi Zadeh has over eight years of experience in the biotechnology and chemical engineering fields, holding various positions from Research Assistant to Scientist II in upstream process development at REGENXBIO Inc. since November 2016. Prior roles include GMP Specialist at ABL Inc. and Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Zadeh's research spans drug delivery systems, ocular biomaterials, and bioprocess engineering education. Notable achievements include designing a smart toothbrush, awarded for innovation, and extensive laboratory work on polymeric composites. Zadeh holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Azad University.
