Gabrielle Hortaleza is an experienced professional in the food industry with a diverse background in product development, quality control, and application technology. Currently serving as an Application Technologist II at Sensient Food Color since September 2022, Gabrielle previously held positions as an R&D Product Specialist at Glanbia Cheese EU and as an RDA Technician at Kerry Group. Early career experience includes roles as a QC Technician at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, a Microbiology Intern at Advanced Laboratory Testing, and other positions in food service and production. Gabrielle holds a Master’s degree in Food Business Management and Technology from Technological University Dublin, a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Dublin Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Health from the University of Limerick.
