Greg Sawtell

Greg Sawtell, MS, PMP, CSM, currently serves as Associate Director of Development Program Management at Regeneron since February 2023. With prior experience as Associate Director Project Management at Merck, Sawtell has a strong background in overseeing cross-functional teams dedicated to product development and strategic prioritization. Previous roles include Director Force Readiness and Director of Operations at Commander, Naval Air Force, Pacific, where strategic project management and interdepartmental communication were key focuses. Additional experience encompasses leading 270 personnel as Commanding Officer at HSM 78, coordinating international project management initiatives at The Joint Staff, and managing operations and training at various naval squadrons. Sawtell holds advanced degrees in National Security Resourcing and National Security Policy, as well as a Bachelor's in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
