Hayley Herock

Hayley Herock has a diverse professional background, including experience as a Senior Quality Systems Specialist at Regeneron from October 2020 to August 2022. In addition to this role, Hayley was actively involved in various employee resource groups, serving as the Site Chair for the Mental Health Resilience Employee Resource Group and contributing to the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group. Prior experience includes a position as a Research and Development Specialist at Bayer Crop Science in June 2015. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Ohio University and completed a certification in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership at Cornell University in January 2021.
