Jason Gatlin

Jason Gatlin currently serves as the Director of RGM R&D Chemistry at Regeneron, beginning in January 2025. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Senior Director and Chemical Hygiene Officer at Tome Biosciences from May 2022 to December 2024, where leadership was provided for an in-house R&D Chemistry team in gene editing biotech, collaborating across various scientific disciplines. At Sarepta Therapeutics, from April 2020 to May 2022, Jason directed Oligonucleotide Chemistry and Lab Services, focusing on the development of advanced synthesis techniques. Jason's early career included roles as a Chemical Hygiene Officer and Lab Services Supervisor, emphasizing laboratory management and safety. Jason's foundation in chemistry was established through a Ph.D. and M.S. from the University of Oregon, completed in 2007 and 2003, respectively.
