Kris Sprague

Kris Sprague currently serves as the Global Head of Program and Project Planning at Regeneron, having joined in March 2019 to establish and lead a planning and scheduling Center of Excellence, enhancing the delivery of a significant global portfolio. Previously, at Sanofi from August 2016 to March 2019, Kris held the position of Senior Director for Project Portfolio Management, fostering a culture of project excellence among over 40 project managers at North America's largest site. Prior experience includes directing the Project Management Office and operational excellence initiatives at Bristol-Myers Squibb from December 2013 to August 2016, where Kris was also a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Kris's leadership experience in project management began as President of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Project Management Institute from May 1998 to May 2000. Kris holds an Advanced Masters in Project Management from The George Washington University and an MBA from George Mason University.
