Samantha Erb

Samantha Erb is an experienced Associate Biotech Production Specialist at Regeneron, with a strong background in process engineering and research. Samantha's previous roles include a Process Engineering Internship at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where significant cost savings and water usage reductions were achieved through optimization efforts. As a LEAP Program Student Researcher at California State University, Long Beach, Samantha worked on improving coolant systems for electric vehicles. Samantha has held leadership positions, such as Director of Financial Operations for Tri Delta, managing a substantial budget, and serving as Board Treasurer and Fundraising Chairperson for CSULB SWE.
