Samuel Hart

Samuel Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Partnerships & Business Operations at Regeneron since April 2022, Samuel has previously held key roles including Associate Director of Strategic Alliances at Merck, Manager of Technology Transactions at Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, and Alliance Manager at 23andMe. Prior to these positions, Samuel contributed as a Strategic Alliance Manager and Industry Contracts Officer at UCSF. Samuel holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and completed a program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
