Nick Mendoza

Nick Mendoza is a seasoned professional in sustainable agriculture and aquaculture, currently serving as the CPG Business Development Manager at Regenified™ since July 2025, where efforts are focused on building brand partnerships to promote regenerative agriculture. Additionally, Nick holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at Quivira Coalition, guiding initiatives centered on ecological and economic resilience. Previously, Nick founded and served as CEO of Neptune Snacks until August 2025, aiming to restore a healthy relationship with the sea through sustainably sourced snacks. As a co-founder of SeafoodCollab, collaboration among environmentally and socially responsible seafood and aquaculture producers is fostered. Earlier career experiences include ranch management and various research roles at Stanford University and Monterey Bay Aquarium, enhancing expertise in environmental sustainability. Nick possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Sustainable Aquaculture from the University of Stirling.
