Tom Spoden

Tom Spoden is a certification and quality systems leader with over 15 years of experience in compliance, sustainability, and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Certification Operations and Quality Assurance at Regenified™, Tom leads the strategy and implementation of regenerative certification standards. Tom previously held roles such as Product Certification Director at the Water Quality Association and Global Auditing Certification Manager at Mérieux NutriSciences, where they focused on accreditation and certification protocols. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Finance from Benedictine University.
