April Lackey

April Lackey is an experienced program and project manager with a professional background spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager at Regenstrief Institute, Inc. since February 2020, April coordinates comprehensive LOINC program operations while applying project management techniques to ensure timely delivery of project obligations. Prior experience includes roles as Program Project Manager at Dextera Corporation, overseeing staff support at the National Finance Center, and Systems and Project Manager at Continental Enterprises, Inc., managing operations and projects in an intellectual property consulting environment.
