Michael Schultz

Michael Shultz is an experienced professional in human resources and operations, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at MCO (Mega Corporate Operations) since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was the Head of Operations at La Senza from November 2013 to April 2023, overseeing various functions including merchandising, design, production, and human resources. Earlier career experience includes positions as AVP of Human Resources at Victoria's Secret PINK and Limited Brands, and roles in management at Bath and Body Works and Au Bon Pain.
