Didier Diels

Didier Diels is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Legal Counsel at Regent, L.P. since September 2023. Prior to this role, Didier held multiple positions at Cameo from June 2021 to July 2023, including Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, and had a focus on corporate and business affairs. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK, and Senior Corporate Counsel at Faraday Future. Didier's legal career began at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and DLA Piper, where extensive work in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic counsel was provided. Didier holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from the University of Southern California.
