Sunny Parmar

Sunny Parmar is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial management within the real estate and private equity sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Regent, L.P. since June 2021, Sunny has previously held CFO roles at Mosaic Real Estate Investors, overseeing significant real estate credit funds, and at CIM Group, where Sunny managed vast private real estate funds totaling $20 billion. With a strong background in financial oversight, Sunny has implemented cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements across various organizations, including Ares Management and H.I.G. Capital. Sunny began a professional career at BMO Financial Group, contributing to executive compensation programs.
