Claire Gulmi

Claire Gulmi has extensive experience in board governance and financial oversight, currently serving as a Board Member for multiple organizations including Regent Surgical Health, Community Healthcare Trust (where Claire also chairs the Compensation Committee), NVISION Eye Centers (Audit Committee Chair), and PhyNet Dermatology LLC (Audit Committee Chair). Previously, Claire was a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair for Elite Dental Partners, and held significant executive roles at AmSurg/Envision as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Claire served as a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Air Methods from 2015 to 2017.
