Kerri Zelensek

Kerri Zelensek currently serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Regent Surgical since July 2022. Prior to this role, Kerri worked at Rush University Medical Center from April 2021 to July 2022 as Assistant General Counsel, focusing on Regulatory and Corporate Transactions. Kerri's legal career began at McGuireWoods LLP, where from September 2014 to April 2021, Kerri was an Associate Attorney in the Healthcare Transactional Practice, following an earlier role as an Associate Attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2013 to September 2014, where the focus was on Corporate Practice. Kerri also held positions as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2012 and as an Extern at the Law Division of the Cook County Circuit Court in 2011. Academic credentials include a JD, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law (2010-2013) and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2006-2010).
