Kimberly Hiles

Kimberly Hiles is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient experience and engagement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Experience & Engagement at Regent Surgical since April 2021, Kimberly has held various leadership roles focused on clinical operations and patient-centered care. Prior to this, Kimberly was Executive Director of Nursing at United Surgical Partners International, Inc., where the emphasis was on enhancing patient experiences through strategic initiatives and quality assurance. Kimberly's educational background includes earning a degree from Angelo State University between 1984 and 1988.
