Lauren Whitsett

Lauren Whitsett is an accomplished business development executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Business Development Growth at Regent Surgical since November 2023, Lauren has previously held prominent positions at SCA Health as Group Vice President of Business Development and at Surgery Partners, LLC, where roles included Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Vice President of Business Development during the acquisition of Symbion in 2015. Prior to these roles, Lauren served in various capacities at Symbion, culminating as Vice President of Business Development & Product Line Planning. Early career experience includes Medical Equipment Planning and Development at Medical Source Systems. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
