Aleke Vehos

Aleke Vehos is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director of HR Operations at Regent Surgical since January 2024. Previously, Aleke held the position of Sr. HR Project Manager at Northwestern Mutual from August 2022 to October 2023. At Asurion, from December 2018 to August 2022, Aleke progressed through several roles including HR Program Manager, HR Manager for Shared Services, HR Lead, and HR Sr. Expert. Aleke's career also includes a role as Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union and as a Recruiter at Check Into Cash. Aleke began a career in donor relations as a Donor Relations Specialist at The University of Southern Mississippi, successfully managing relationships with top donors and organizing large-scale events. Aleke holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with minors in Marketing and Management, as well as an MBA, both from The University of Southern Mississippi.
