Melissa Szabad

Melissa Szabad serves as General Counsel for Regent and as a member of the executive leadership team. She leverages experience in healthcare corporate and regulatory matters and has deep expertise in ambulatory surgery centers. Szabad earned a J. D., Order of the Coif, at DePaul University College of Law, and a B.A., magna cum laude, at Kenyon College. Prior to joining Regent, she spent her career at McGuire Woods where she worked with Regent as outside counsel since the company was formed in 2001.
