Sean Welch

Sean Welch has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Sean recently worked at Regent Surgical Health as the Director of Development Finance. Prior to that, they held positions at myOrthos as a Senior Corporate Development Associate and a Corporate Development Associate. Sean also worked at Thrasio as an Acquisitions Associate and at Surgical Care Affiliates in various roles, including Corporate Development Associate, Senior Development Analyst, and Development Analyst. Additionally, they gained customer service experience at UCONN Residential Life as a Student Supervising Assistant. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Development Intern at Surgical Care Affiliates and as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Red Inc. Sean has a strong background in finance, business development, market research, and customer service.

Sean Welch graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2018 with a degree in Applied & Resource Economics, specializing in Business Management and Marketing. Sean has also obtained certifications in CPR and First Aid from the American Red Cross.
