Becky Hay

Becky Hay is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and administrative roles. Currently serving as Benefits Manager at Regent University since September 2017, Becky has also held positions such as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant within the same institution. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Virginia Wealth Management Group, where outstanding client service was provided, as well as leadership roles in children's and adult ministries at Berean Baptist Church. Becky's volunteer efforts include campaign administration for MN Senator Dan Hall and participation on the school board at Paideia Academy. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Augustana University and Augsburg University, with minors in Communications and Political Science.
