Dan Koev

Dan Koev is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in political science and government. Currently serving as Professor and Chair of the Government and Criminal Justice Department at Regent University since January 2015, Dan has also held previous positions within the institution as Associate Professor and Assistant Professor. Prior to this role, Dan gained experience as a Research Intern at The Cato Institute in late 2014 and worked as a Graduate Instructor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2013, where Dan taught various courses and independently instructed an online class in Comparative Politics. Dan holds a Ph.D. in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bemidji State University.
