Kristen Kansiewicz, PhD, LPC, LMHC, ACS, currently serves as Chair of the IRB Committee and Graduate Counseling Program Director at Evangel University, overseeing ethics in research and leading the CACREP-accredited counseling programs. With extensive experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services, Kristen is also recognized as a mental health consultant, author, and speaker. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor and Dissertation Reader at Regent University, Founder and Executive Director of Church Therapy Associates, and Co-Founder of The Refuge Springfield. Kristen holds a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University, alongside a Master's degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College.
