Carrie Frandsen

Carrie Frandsen, ARM-E, CRMP, serves as the Systemwide Enterprise Risk Management Director for the University of California since November 2013, where responsibilities include leading the systemwide enterprise risk management program and providing expert guidance to assess and manage risks. In addition, since March 2016, Carrie Frandsen has been an instructor for the UCLA Extension Enterprise Risk Management Certificate program, teaching foundational concepts that enhance organizational resilience. Previous experience includes a role as Manager of Enterprise Risk Services and Emergency & Continuity Services Manager at UC Santa Barbara from March 2009 to November 2013. Carrie Frandsen holds a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and an ARM-E designation from The Institutes.
