Cary Miller

Cary Miller has extensive experience in intellectual property law. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Intellectual Property at REGENXBIO Inc. since December 2022. Prior to this role, Cary was a Partner at JONES DAY® from January 2016 to November 2022. Before that, they worked at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they were promoted to the position of Partner in January 2013 after working as an Associate from May 2006 to December 2012. Cary started their legal career as an Associate at Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP in June 2002 and stayed with the company until March 2006.

Cary Miller's education history includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School, obtained from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1999, Cary received a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Their undergraduate degree is a B.Sc.H. in Life Sciences, achieved from Queen's University between 1989 and 1994.
