Tristan Marshall

Vice President, Process Development at REGENXBIO

Tristan Marshall has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Tristan began their career as an Assistant Scientist at MRIGlobal in 2005, before moving on to Human Genome Sciences in 2006. At Human Genome Sciences, they held the position of Research Associate I-IV, where they served as the CMC lead for multiple interdisciplinary development teams. Tristan was responsible for overseeing all CMC activities and conducting experiments to support the development and characterization of protein formulations and fill-finish processes.

In 2013, Tristan joined GSK as a Biopharm Product Leader and later became a Process Manager in Advanced Therapeutic Delivery. Tristan contributed to global manufacturing services and played a key role in the development and delivery of advanced therapeutics.

Tristan's most recent position is at REGENXBIO Inc., where they currently serve as the Vice President of Process Development. Tristan first joined the company in 2016 as an Associate Director in Manufacturing Sciences before progressing to roles as a Sr. Director and then Director in Pharmaceutical Development. Overall, Tristan brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of biopharmaceutical development and process optimization.

Tristan Marshall received a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Cell Science from the University of Florida in 2005. Tristan went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology at The Johns Hopkins University from 2007 to 2009.
