Justin Porter

Justin Porter is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations, business development, and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Method:CRM since September 2023, Porter also advises at Regimen Lab and Motion (Creative Analytics). Previously, Porter was the General Manager at Shoelace, where oversight included a strategic organizational pivot and the launch of three new service offerings. As VP of Operations and Account Strategy at Setter, growth of 400% in monthly revenue was achieved under Porter’s leadership. Experience includes significant roles at Hubba, RedIron Technologies, and The MIHI Group, with a foundational education in business at the Ivey Business School and Queen's University.
