Pat Smith

Patrick Smith is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate and investment banking. Currently, Patrick serves as Partner and Director of Real Estate at Regiment Co, leading the real estate desk for a boutique investment bank focused on middle-market investments. In addition, Patrick holds the position of Managing Director at Regiment Securities since July 2021. Previously, Patrick was the Managing Partner at Ahoya Fund, a multi-strategy equity derivatives hedge fund, from 2003 to August 2019, and worked as a Fintech Consultant for private family offices and hedge funds from September 2016 to July 2019. Patrick began a career as a Market Maker at TD Securities from 2000 to 2003 on the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Marquette University in 2000.
