Josalyn Brown Robinson, Ph.D, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Josalyn is currently serving as the Executive Director at Regina Coeli Child Development Center - Head Start since June 2021. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Services, General, from Capella University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2012.

Josalyn continued their academic journey at Capella University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Multidisciplinary Human Services from 2013 to 2016. During their educational path, they also gained a Child Daycare Diploma from Penn Foster Group in 2015.

In addition to their degrees, Josalyn has obtained several certifications. Josalyn acquired a Trainer III certification from Louisiana Pathways-Northwestern State University in November 2013. Josalyn also holds an Ancillary Teaching Certification from the Louisiana Department of Education. Furthermore, Josalyn possesses a National Administrator Credential (NAC) accreditation from the National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA).
