Madalina Opris possesses extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Team Leader in Corporate New Business at Regina Maria since July 2015. Madalina's responsibilities include developing business opportunities for the Corporate Division, managing the entire sales process, understanding customer needs, and designing tailored proposals. Prior to Regina Maria, Madalina worked as a Business Developer at Wise Human Systems, focusing on company growth in the Romanian market, and as an Account Manager at Adecco România, where Madalina managed client portfolios and implemented sales strategies. Madalina began their career as a Sales Representative at Lugera&Makler, effectively establishing connections with potential clients. Madalina holds a degree from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași and completed secondary education at Liceul Dimitrie Cantemir.
