Mussarat Perveen is an experienced professional with a strong background in program management, evaluation, and volunteer coordination. Currently serving as the Team Lead for the Welcoming Community for Newcomers Program at Regina Open Door Society since July 2017, Mussarat oversees human resources and volunteer management while managing volunteer recruitment and community outreach initiatives. Prior roles include Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Deloitte Consulting, where Mussarat developed performance management plans and trained staff in data collection, and Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation at USAID Agri Business Project, focusing on project reviews and impact assessments. Previous experience includes positions at Aga Khan Foundation Tajikistan and Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, emphasizing data analysis, program development, and community engagement. Mussarat holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Peshawar and additional qualifications in Change Management and Bachelor of Science.
