Gerard Kay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public safety and leadership roles. Currently serving as Team Lead at the Center for Public Safety Excellence since June 2011, Gerard Kay organizes Peer Assessment Teams and provides mentorship to agencies navigating the Accreditation process. Additionally, Gerard Kay holds the position of Asset Manager with the Regina Police Service and contributes to the Haven of Hope Ministries Community Council as an advisor. Prior experience at the City of Regina included multiple Deputy Chief roles, overseeing operations, public safety initiatives, and emergency services. Gerard Kay's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Regina and a Certificate of Completion in Executive Education and Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School.
