Cynthia Dobie

Cynthia Dobie has extensive experience in facilities management and property operations, currently serving as the National Facilities-Retail manager for Capital Projects and Fire Life Safety at Canadian Tire Corporation since November 2018. In this role, Cynthia oversees the HVAC replacement strategy, successfully managing the replacement of 50 aging rooftop units with energy-efficient technologies, resulting in significant reductions in energy consumption. Prior to this, Cynthia was a Residential Property Manager at Papais Properties, where leadership and vendor management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Cynthia spent over a decade at Indigo, leading facilities project management and general management roles, contributing to operational improvements and customer satisfaction. Early career experience includes operations consulting for Woodland Drive-In and various managerial positions at McDonald's, focusing on team development and restaurant performance.
