Clydell Willis

Clydell Willis is an experienced transportation professional with a robust background in various educational institutions. Currently serving as a Bus Certification Instructor at Region 10 ESC since November 2021, Clydell specializes in certifying individuals across school districts and private contractors. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Irving ISD (April 2023 - May 2024), Transportation Operations Manager at Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD (May 2021 - April 2023), and Assistant Director at Dripping Springs ISD Transportation (February 2019 - May 2021). Clydell has also held the position of Transportation Supervisor at Del-Valle ISD Transportation (October 2006 - February 2019), overseeing daily operations, training, budgeting, and safety. Clydell's military background includes service in the US Navy from August 1997 to August 2006 as a CM3 (SW). Clydell is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Western Governors University, expected to complete in February 2024.
