Kay Hueston

Kay Hueston has a diverse educational and professional background in education and counseling, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a PEIMS Analyst at Region 10 ESC since December 2019, Kay previously held multiple roles at Richardson ISD from August 2000 to December 2019, including PEIMS Coordinator, Lead Guidance Counselor, and Guidance Counselor. Additional experience includes positions as an Academic Advisor and ESOL Instructor at Dallas County Community College District from December 2000 to August 2015, and Guidance Counselor roles at Groesbeck ISD and Teague ISD. Early career experience also includes teaching positions at Cypress Fairbanks ISD. Kay earned a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling from Sam Houston State University and holds two Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Secondary Education from the University of Texas at Tyler.
