Xavier Bertrand

Xavier Bertrand serves as the Président de la Région Hauts-de-France since January 2016, bringing significant political experience from previous roles including Député de la 2ème circonscription de l'Aisne in the Assemblée nationale from June 2012 to January 2016 and Maire de Saint-Quentin from October 2010 to January 2016. Bertrand held several ministerial positions, including Ministre du Travail, de l'Emploi et de la Santé from November 2010 to May 2012, and progressively served in various capacities in the Ministère du Travail and the Ministère des Solidarités et de la santé from 2004 to 2009, focusing on labor, health, and social solidarity issues.
