Thomas Thy

Thomas Thy is an experienced procurement and MRP professional with a strong background in supply chain management and vendor optimization. Since December 2017, Thomas has served as an MRP Controller and Procurement Manager at Region Hovedstaden, where responsibilities include managing supplier relationships and optimizing SAP MRP calculations. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Procurement Manager at Danske Bank from 2013 to 2017, overseeing IT procurement processes and e-ordering setups. Thomas also gained significant expertise at Martela A/S as a Purchaser, managing vendor contracts and inventory. Earlier experience includes roles at Paustian A/S, focusing on supplier negotiations and logistics cost control, and a short-term position with Forsvaret. Thomas holds an HD in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School and additional qualifications in Business Economics and Specialized Business studies in Purchasing/Logistics.
