David Aboulkheir

David Aboulkheir is an experienced urban innovation project manager currently overseeing projects and place-making policies for the Paris Region Council since February 2023. Prior to this role, David served as the territorial development and marketing manager at Orly Paris®, where responsibilities included implementing the attractiveness strategy for major business hubs in the Paris region. David has a strong background in economic development, having managed projects for the Lille European Metropolis and contributed to various educational institutions as a part-time lecturer. Additionally, David founded City Brand Explorer and held positions that emphasize expertise in place marketing and regional attractiveness. David holds multiple master's degrees, including one from EDHEC Business School.
