Richard Guinot Aae

Richard Guinot AAE has extensive experience in airport construction and operations, currently serving as Project Manager for Airport Construction & Development at the Region of Waterloo International Airport since December 2007. In this role, Richard leads various capital projects while ensuring seamless transitions from construction to operational environments. Previous positions include Airport Construction & Operations Coordinator, where significant achievements included coordinating the transition to a national security badge program and overseeing a major runway rehabilitation project. Earlier experience includes sales and customer service roles at International Automotive Group, where vehicle sales increased by 30% year-over-year, as well as serving as a Program Funding Officer at Transport Canada, managing a budget over 2 million for airport funding. Richard holds a degree in Aviation Management from Georgian College, completed in 2002.
