Jennifer S Rose serves as the Commissioner for Engineering and Environmental Services at the Region of Waterloo, with a focus on water supply, treatment, distribution, and solid waste management. Previous roles include General Manager of Environmental Services at the City of Guelph and Director of Environmental Services at the City of Vaughan, where responsibilities encompassed the planning and operation of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, as well as solid waste collection.
