Jennifer S Rose

Jennifer S Rose serves as the Commissioner for Engineering and Environmental Services at the Region of Waterloo, with a focus on water supply, treatment, distribution, and solid waste management. Previous roles include General Manager of Environmental Services at the City of Guelph and Director of Environmental Services at the City of Vaughan, where responsibilities encompassed the planning and operation of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, as well as solid waste collection. Jennifer has also held a variety of management positions at the Region of Peel, including Program Manager for Wastewater Infrastructure Management, overseeing condition assessments and compliance programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science from Brock University, and a Certificate in Organizational Development from Queen's University, supplemented by a training certification from Conestoga College and professional development at the Schulich School of Business.
