Joe Dondlinger

Joe Dondlinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Joe currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Region V Services. Before that, they worked at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, where they served as Deputy Director of Finance and Program Integrity, Financial Officer, and Program Analyst. Prior to that, Joe was a Senior Quality Engineer at General Dynamics OTS. Joe also worked at Catholic Health Initiatives as a Decision Support Analyst and Industrial Engineer. Additionally, they have experience in quality management, serving as a Quality Manager at Novartis Consumer Health and a Quality Engineer and QA Analyst (Chemist) at Novartis and Bristol-Myers-Squibb, respectively. Joe's skills include financial management, program analysis, quality control, and process improvement.

Joe Dondlinger's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which was obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry, both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

In addition to their academic degrees, Joe has obtained several certifications. In August 2023, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) certification from the Certified Management Accountant institution. In August 2019, they earned the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Furthermore, in August 2011, they obtained the Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ.
