Caitrin Abshere

Caitrin Abshere is an accomplished consultant and advisor specializing in women's health, currently working independently since September 2024. Previously, Abshere served as Vice President and General Manager for Fertility at Alto Pharmacy from September 2019 to May 2024, where responsibility included overseeing a significant P&L and achieving substantial revenue growth, establishing Alto as the largest independent fertility pharmacy in the nation. As Senior Director of Fertility, Abshere led national expansion efforts, increasing locations from 2 to 13. Earlier roles included leading product strategy at Inception Fertility and managing business operations at the Pacific Fertility Center, emphasizing patient satisfaction and strategic growth. Noteworthy early experience includes being the first business hire at Spruce Health and a summer associate at GE Emerging Health Innovations. Abshere holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and completed a Global Health Delivery Summer Intensive at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
