Melvin Ramos

Melvin Ramos is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as an HR and Organizational Development Consultant since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Global Director of Learning and Leadership Development at Ceridian and Senior Director of Learning and Development at HGS Healthcare, both completed in 2022. Melvin has also held key positions in learning and development at Infor and WNS Global Services, with a focus on global collaboration and leadership training. Melvin is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Santo Tomas and holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from Regis University.
